Heatherdowns Rehab and Residential. Born February 9, 1938, in Toledo, Ohio to
Robert and Helen (Cummings) Errington. Shirley was a homemaker.
Surviving is her husband of 56 years, Tom Warren, daughters, Dawn (Jim)
McCubbin, Dana VerStraete sons, Alan (Ellen) VerStraete, Glen (Kathy)
VerStraete, grandchildren, Connor McCubbin, Walker McCubbin, Jack McCubbin,
Kyle VerStraete, Tessa VerStraete.
A private family graveside service will be held in Toledo Memorial Park
Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the Ohio Living Home and Hospice.
