Rosemary Elliott Fournier - Brandon Our beautiful mother, Rosemary, passed on to be home with Our Lord on December 31, 2015 at the age of 87. Born March 30, 1928 she was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. Rosemary was the secretary for The City of Toledo Police Gun Control for many years. After a stroke at age 50 that left her partially paralyzed, she continued to fight always wanting to help her four children. Mom loved shopping and taking trips to Florida to visit her children. Rosemary is survived by daughters Mary Jo Gallaher and Barb Swiczkoski; son Robert Brandon Jr. (Karen); grandchildren Christie Swiczkoski, Chad Klueter, Haley (Stetson) Turney, Emily & Natalie Brandon; great-grandchildren Cole, Reese, and Brooks; friends and ex-husband Robert Brandon Sr; ex-brother-in-law Tom Brandon; nephews Steve (Patti) & Doug Wilhelm; and four legged friend Ziggy. Rosemary was preceded in death by her parents Eleanor & Earl Chiverton; sister Joann Wilhelm; husband Charles Elliott, and daughter Beverly Brandon. A big thank you to Senior Independence Hospice and their staff, especially nurse Julie and aide Sandy who were wonderful to mom along with her personal care givers Kylie and Sue. The family will receive friends at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Road Friday January 8, 2015 after 10:00 a.m. where services will be held at 12:00 Noon. Interment will take place in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to Senior Independence or to the charity of the donor's choice donor's choice.
