Marcella "Marci" Colton Dvorak Marcella "Marci" Colton Dvorak, age 57 of Ottawa Hills, Ohio, passed away Monday, January 31, 2011, in her residence. Mrs. Dvorak was born in White Plains, New York, to William and Beaulah (Fugitt) Colton. Marci received her undergraduate degree from Findlay College, her Master's in Public Administration from the University of Toledo, and her Master's in Social Work from Case Western University. Mrs. Dvorak served as the Executive Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness for the past 15 years, was a part-time instructor in the Social Work department at the University of Toledo, and served on the Toledo Lucas County Commission on Disabilities. A member of Sigma Kappa Sorority, Marci previously worked as a supervisor at the State Hospital and was a marketing manager for Ohio Bell. Surviving is her husband of 23 years Robert Dvorak, Son, Eric (Crystal) Mosqueda, Daughter, Gabrielle (Brian) Baker, Step-Sons, Rob (Beth) Dvorak, and Steve (Mary Kate) Dvorak, also surviving are 9 Grandchildren. Mrs. Dvorak was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Stanley Colton. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 12, at 2 P.M. at The University Church, 4747 Hill Ave., Pastor Julian Davies officiating. Inurnment will be private.
