Marc Hehl

Marc A. Hehl, 54 of Toledo, Ohio passed away Saturday November 2, 2024, with his wife at his bedside in Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Born July 26, 1970, in Toledo Ohio to Edward and Sally (Ruffert) Hehl. Marc is survived by his wife, Julie Walton, his father, Edward Hehl, brother, Paul Hehl, and sister, Tina Martin.

He will be greatly missed by his family, including niece and nephews, and friends.

Marc was well known for his profound sense of humor, his quick wittedness, and sense of fun. He was very outgoing, a true people person, and helping others gave him the most satisfaction. But above all else, was his love for his wife and family. He took the task of being the support to the family and being a loving husband, caring for our elderly parents, being a strong shoulder for his friends and lending a helping hand to anyone in need very much to heart.

Marc graduated from Perrysburg High School and Penta County. Marc's early career, many years ago, he worked as a mechanic and tow truck driver for Sunray automotive followed by Rays Marathon. Marc spent the last 22 years as star route driver for the United Sates Postal Service.

Per Marc's wishes a private graveside service will be held at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made to the Toledo Humane Society or Planned Pet Hood, as Marc loved animals, or to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
