Kynard M. 'Chucky' Dennis

Kynard M. Dennis was born on May 10, 1955 in Oxford, Mississippi to Noble and Garnita (Thomas) Dennis. Kynard "Chucky" Dennis passed away at Regency Hospital on Saturday, April 1, 2017 in Toledo, Ohio at the age of 61. He worked for LMHA as a maintenance worker for 20 years. He loved his family, music, and bowling. Kynard always enjoyed life to the fullest. Kynard is survived by his children; Sylvester (Lakeiva) Harris, Shantell (Michael) Abernathy; Kynard (Michelle Phillips) Dennis II, Latashia (Cameron Stewart) Dennis. He has 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; brother/cousin Arthur Dennis, former wife and mother of his children, Jacqueline Dennis-Jackson; special cousin Vivian Hill and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents. Family will welcome friends at St. Paul Baptist Church at 1502 N. Detroit Ave. Toledo, Ohio 43607 on Monday, April 10, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. where a service follows at 12 p.m. Pastor James H. Willis Sr. will officiate the ceremony.
