Jacob Michael Kutsch

Jacob Michael Kutsch, 30 of Camp Verde, Arizona the past 8 years, a former Toledo area resident passed away unexpectedly July 7, 2021. Born in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 10, 1991, to John William and Jeanne Ann (Sullivan) Kutsch. Jacob graduated from Clay High School 2009.



Jacob was preceded in death by his father, John W. Kutsch, and both sets of grandparents. Surviving is mother and stepfather Jeanne Ann Sullivan (Gerald Coutcher), brothers, Shane Perley, John W. Kutsch Jr. also surviving are his nieces and nephews Connor, Avery, Riley, Sawyer, Seth and many aunts and uncles.



The family will receive relatives and friends Friday morning July 16, 2021, after 10:00 a.m. in the Narthex of St. Thomas Aquinas Church 729 White Street Toledo, Ohio 43605 where the Mass of Christian Burial will take at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Lake Twp Cemetery. A fellowship Dinner will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Immediately following the Internment.
