Inge Wilhelmine Ellis Inge Wilhelmine Ellis, 85 of Toledo, Ohio passed away October 6, 2012 in the Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo Campus. Mrs. Ellis was born on February 21, 1927 in Lichtenberg, Germany to Ingenieur Wilhelm and Maria Viktoria Geborene Krause. A homemaker Inge was a member of the American war brides the GRU and co-founder of the overseas wives club where she was president for two years. Surviving is her son, James W. (Sharon) Ellis and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mrs. Ellis was preceded in death by her brother, Wilhelm Gustav Leopold Krause. The family will receive friends at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd on Tuesday October 9, 2012 4-8 p.m. where services will be held on Wednesday October 10, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery.
