Frances L 'Lois' Wdowiak

Frances "Lois" Wdowiak Frances "Lois" Wdowiak, 93 of Perrysburg, Ohio passed peacefully into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on April 8, 2015. Frances was born on August 28, 1921 in Alabama and resided in South Toledo the majority of her adult life. Frances "Lois" was a loving mother, homemaker, and a life member of Ashland Avenue Baptist Church (Ashland Church). Her favorite pastimes included rooting for the Atlanta Braves, word puzzles and spending time with her family and friends. Surviving is her daughter, Deborah L. (William) Ruch, grandaughter, Alysia (John) Kusner, granddaughter, Anitra (Nelson) Alvarez and great grandchildren, Rowen Kusner and Ava Kusner and children of Anitra (Nelson) Alvarez. Also survived by many nieces and nephews from Florida; Donnie Gregory, Jimmy Gregory, Jack Gregory, Frankie Hill, Sandra Barfield, Patricia Free, Linda Clark, Marsha Stevens, Paula Hyde and Dorothy Gregory. Frances was preceded in death by her daughter, Patricia Wdowiak; son, Ronald Wdowiak; Mary Louise Gregory (twin sister), and Ruby Burgess (sister). The family will receive friends at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd Sunday April 12, 2015 4-8 P.M. and on Monday April 13, 2015 from 10:00 A.M. with services to follow at 11:00 A. M. Interment will follow immediately in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to Ashland Church or to the Alzheimer's Association.
