Evelyn Lee

December 18th, 1946 - December 14th 2013 Evelyn Lee (Roth), 67, of Toledo passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2013. Although many knew her as Evy, the wirey-haired, pint sized, spunky granny infamously lived up to her name "Lil Gram." Whether she was babbling on about the Tigers, telling stories about the Whales Tale or recounting the time she (allegedly) was almost eaten by an alligator, Lil Gram was always a source of entertainment. She often bounced around while singing, "It's alright to Be Little Bitty" by Alan Jackson and ended every story or statement with "Yeppers." Lil Gram will always remain in our hearts, especially considering how she fully enjoyed invoking pulse-stopping moments by lurking around corners to scare you with her not-so-mighty roar. Evelyn is survived by her sister Betty Cervantes, sons Dale Roth (wife Michelle Roth) and Rick Roth, grandchildren Krystal Carter, Steven Sullivan, Ashley Roth, Joslyn Roth, Devan Chesney and Brittney Roth. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren. The family will gather to commemorate the life of Evelyn on Saturday December 21st, 2013 at Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home at 4353 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614 from 1-3pm.
