Elvin Louis Meadows Jr.

Mr. Elvin Louis Meadows, Jr., age 48, passed away at the University Of Toledo Medical College, on Friday, December 30th, 2011. Born July 16th, 1963, in Sandusky, Ohio, Elvin lived with his parents. He came to NODC in 1981 where he met his second family. He worked at the Holland Road plant of Lott Industries. Elvin enjoyed sitting with his loved ones and holding their hands. He will be remembered holding his tub of blocks in one arm and a bag of chips in the other. Survivors include his NODC 606 family, several brothers and sister and his Holland Road family.
