Delores M Kamcza Delores M. Kamcza, 82 of Maumee, Ohio passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. Delores was born on October 4, 1931 in Toledo, Ohio to Stanley and Martha (Kloshinski) Hernacki. She was a devoted wife and homemaker to Richard "Pete" Kamcza for 31 years, prior to his death in 1982. She was a proud and loving mother and the sweetest grandmother and great grandmother. Delores was also preceded in death by her sister Joan Powell, brothers, Daniel Kloshinski and James Hernacki, and son in law Bill Medlen Jr. She was a founding member of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church. Surviving are her children, Lynn Medlen (Russ Kegerize), Carol (Craig) Lannoye, Richard (Denise) Kamcza, Mary Ann (Kurt) Schuster, and Michael (Kristin) Kamcza. She is also survived by grandchildren, Bill (Tina) Medlen III, Stephanie (Dan) Kaetzel, Jeff (Heather) Medlen, Amy (Shane) Estes, Rick Kamcza, Leslee Kamcza, Christopher (Natasha) Lannoye, Ashley (Andrew) Whitaker, Sara Schuster, Robert Schuster, Liz Schuster, Nick Kamcza, and Jake Kamcza. Also, great grandchildren, Bill Medlen IV, Rebecca Medlen, Zack Kaetzel, Alex Kaetzel, Tyler Haupricht, Bryce Haupricht, MacKenzie Haupricht, Sam Estes, Maria Parraz, Alex Parraz, Audrey Whitaker, and Andrea Whitaker due in July; sisters, Eleanor (Jack) Craig, Pat Shrewsberry, Diane Leach, brothers, Joe (Mary) Hernacki, Eugene (Cora) Hernacki, sister in laws, Mary Hernacki, Marie Janowiecki, Bernice Felt, Carol Kamcza, and faithful kitty companion, Bowie. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and loving friends. Delores was God's Grace to our family and has touched the lives of many with her kind, gentle heart. She will be in all of our hearts forever. The family will receive friends at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Road on Friday July 4, 2014 from 2-8 p.m. and on Saturday, July 5, 2014, from 9-10 a.m. in the narthex of St. Patrick's of Heatherdowns Church. The Mass of Christian burial will then be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday July 5, 2014 in St Patrick of Heatherdowns Church. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
