Dale F Beaudry Dale F Beaudry, 92 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away December 1, 2014 at Hospice of N.W.O Toledo. Dale was born on September 26, 1922 in Toledo, Ohio to Harry and Adeline (DuShane) Beaudry. Dale was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and attended the University of Toledo. Dale served in the US Navy during WW II and the Korean Conflict. Dale worked for 30 years for the University of Toledo, retiring in 1979 as a Carpenter Foreman. Dale and his wife were founding members of St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church serving as an usher, working the festival and building the bingo board and working the bingo games. Dale also built an altar, tables, chairs and tabernacle for a church in Northport, Michigan. Dale enjoyed traveling. He visited all 50 states and the Canadian provinces. He was a member of the VFW Post on the east side which was started by his father. He was a member of the VFW post #3338 on South Ave, Cooties, and the K of C at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers. Surviving are his wife Betty Beaudry of 61 years, son Don (Debrah) Beaudry, daughter Lynn Davidson, and always known as Pop by his 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home, 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd on Byrne Rd on Friday, December 5, 2014 2-8 p.m. with VFW services at 6:30 p.m. and Scripture services following at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. followed by the mass of Christian burial at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Church at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
