Caroline 'Carol' Martha Cox

Caroline "Carol" M. Cox Caroline "Carol" M. Cox, 82 of Toledo, Ohio passed away June 5, 2012 in Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Carol was born in Toledo, Ohio on April 24, 1931 to John and Jessie (Baker) Killian. Carol was a graduate of Libbey High School in 1949. Carol worked for the former Ponderosa Restaurant on S. Byrne Rd and for McDonald's restaurants on S. Byrne Rd and Southland Shopping Center. Carol enjoyed knitting, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren. Carol was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Thomas Cox, sisters, Helen Szymanski, Marie Foltz, Margie Barnes, Kathleen Jagodzinski, brother, John Killian Jr. surviving is her son, John (Jennifer) Cox, grandchildren, Zachary, Grayson, Avery Cox, sister Arlene Everitt, also surviving are nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends TODAY at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd at Byrne Rd on Friday June 8, 2012 after 10:00 A.M. where services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Interment to follow immediately in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
