Anthony J 'Aj' Hensley

Anthony "AJ" Joseph Hensley 02/17/1984 - 03/05/2014 Anthony Joseph Hensley, 30, of Bedford, MI passed away Mach 5th, 2014. He was a devoted father of his two children. AJ had a mischievous smile that could light up a room. He enjoyed the U of M vs OSU rivalry. He was a fan of Michigan, Detroit Lions and Tigers. AJ was born February 17th, 1984 in Dayton, OH to William (Bill) and Alejandrina Hensley. He attended Bedford High School and was last employed at Countryside Disposal in Ottawa Lake, MI. AJ was proceeded in death by his older brother Daniel (Danny) Hensley and his grandfather, Ronald K. Hensley, Sr. He is survived by his children Anthony Joseph Hensley Jr. and Arianna Kathleen Hensley and their mother Karen Cousino; his parents Bill and Alex; grandparents Butch and Marilyn LaSalle; sister Bianca (John) Roop ; brothers, Hugo (Jennifer) Benavente and Billy Hensley, Jr.; Uncle Ron . (Lynne) Hensley, Jr.; Aunts, Joyce Hensley, Nancy (Ray) Portillo and Patti (Jeff) Twaddle; a niece and nephew Jack and Kate Benavente as well as many cousins. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 9th, 2014 from 2 to 8 pm at Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home, 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd., Toledo, OH 43614. A final viewing will be held on Monday, March 10th, from 10 to 11am at Calvary Bible Chapel, 3740 W. Alexis Road., Toledo, OH 43623 with funeral services following at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses. AJ, you will be greatly missed by all who love you! You will be in our hearts and minds forever. Rest in eternal peace.
