Alexis Nicole Fay

Alexis Nicole Fay, 16 of Toledo, Ohio formerly of Augusta GA, passed away Thursday April 6, 2017. Alexis was born in Houston Texas on June 29, 2000 to John D. Fay III and Patricia Fraenkle-Umoh. Alexis was a junior at the E.L. Bowsher High. Survivors are her parents, Patricia & Johnnie Umoh, Father, John Fay, Siblings, John (JD), Aaliyah & Aaron Fay, Naomi, Deanna & Whitney Shaffer, Ima Umoh III (Trey), Grandparents, Reinhilde & Klaus Mildenberger, Alberta Wrice, Barbara Fay, Gwendolyn & John D. Fay Jr. Alexis was preceded in death by her grandmother, Hattie Mae Umoh and grandfather Rubin Wrice. The family will receive friends at The Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home 3453 Heatherdowns Blvd. at Byrne Rd on Friday April 14, 2017 from 2-8 p.m. and on Saturday April 15, 2017 after 10:00 a.m. with funeral services beginning at 11:00 am.
