Mary Francis Swaro

Mary Francis (Blake) Swaro, age 96 of Astor House in Holland, Ohio passed away Sunday May 23, 2010 after a long illness. Mary was born September 29, 1913 in Todd County Kentucky too Dock and Thenia (Mallory) Blake. Mrs. Swaro was a punch press operator for 33 years with Toledo Pressed Steel retiring in 1975. Mary loved going camping and fishing and in her later years loved her cards and bingo. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Quentin, brothers, Elmer, Harvie, Ernest, Frankie, Sister, Viola McElwain. Surviving is her sister, Dorothy L. Papenfus, step-daughter, Deborah McCullen, also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Bersticker-Scott Funeral Home Wednesday May 26, 2010 after 11:00 A.M. where funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M.
